The Beijing DoWellJoin devotes to provides executive
search to the customer in high-level management person and technical
talent. After the strict evaluation, we assure to provide suitable
candidates datum and the integrated appraisal report in two to three
weeks.
We will carry out the work-flow strictly as following:
1.The customer consults
Understands the recruitment requirements by telephone with the customer.
We carry on the preliminary appraisal through the information which
is provided by the customer.
The customer visits and discusses
Through visiting customer, know about the details with enterprise
culture, the company background and the present situation, and then
analyze the recruitment requirements with the customer.
2.The assignment and the treaty
Sign the ¡°Executive search service agreement¡± and the attachment:
¡°Enterprise basic information form¡± and ¡°talented person looks for
request form¡±.
3.Searches for the candidate
According to the recruitment requirements, carries out the widespread
search, and makes preliminary communication with candidates.
4.The face-to-face interview
According to position responsibility and qualification which is requested
by customer, we will carries on interviews by the experienced experts,
including discuss with candidates on the position requirements.
5.The candidate appraises
After face-to-face interview, through the strictly analyze and compare,
we will make the synthesis appraisal for the candidates which match
the requirements of customer.
6.Definite candidate
In the candidates which have finished the synthesis appraisal, we
will recommend 2-4 person to customer thorough deeply contrast and
analysis.
7.The interview
Arranges a face-to-face talk for the candidate and the customer according
to the customer request, and participates the entire process of interview.
8.Background investigation
When the customer basically designates one candidate, we will make
a detailed background investigation. The investigation content may
be designed by the customer.
9.Assistance and conduct
According to the requirements, we will provide the assistance to customer
and candidate with work contract and other related items
10.Guarantees period
The Guarantees period is three months. If the candidate will not pass
the probation period, we will provide the free service for this position.
11.The subsequent service
Besides service in the guarantee period, we still pay attention to
customer and candidate for a long-term, try our best to provide the
service to them.
12.The service completion
When the guarantee period has finished, the ¡°Executive search service
agreement¡± of the position has completed.
